I have added in 1.25 Billion Isk in new prizes to the OP.
Secondary Prize: Most Tickets Sold Prize - 1 Billion Isk
The character who purchases the most tickets will win 1 BILLION isk. This will be determined via the Somer Site. In the event of a tie, the prize money will be split among the tie.
Tertiary Prize: BUMPING PRIZE - 250 Million Isk
Once the drawing ends, I will create a new dice roll with 100 outcomes and the max value available equal to the final post number in the thread when the Grand Prize winner is announced.
I will start at the first outcome via Chribba's dice and move down until a eligible winner is selected.
What makes you suitable?
1. None of my posts are eligible.
2. The character who made the post must have purchased a ticket in the lottery. This will be confirmed in Somer's lottery link.
3. You may make multiple bumps, but make sure to obey CCP's rules on bumping!

According to my understanding of the Somer Lottery Style, you cannot pick your lottery numbers and must take the number selected in the order of tickets purchased.
That said, every lottery has a unique outcome. The only way to get an advantage over another player is to purchase more tickets.
Make sure to buy one more ticket than everyone else to be sure to win the EXTRA PRIZE of 1b isk!!
